ロシアで購入しても日本語が付いてくるはず。

ただ、日本語表示させるには注意点があるそうです。
レビューによると、Steamクライアント上のプロパティから日本語を選択してはダメだそう。

ゲーム内のLanguage Settingで日本語に設定しないとフリーズするとのこと。
