列車同士の衝突事故を防ぐために信号機や分岐器、待避所を駆使しながら運行管理します。
前作では列車が自動的に発車したのでMAP各所で慌てて操作することになりましたが、
今作ではプレーヤーの指示によって発車するようになったとのこと。
