以前yuplayで購入した時は、アクティベートにロシアVPNが必要でした。
その後のDL・PLAYは日本でも大丈夫。

レビューを読む限り、オンラインのチーターと対策と誤BANが大変みたいですね。
オフラインでしか遊ばないため、よく分かりませんけれど。

64bit版Windows 10で素直に起動しないようですが、
Steamユーザーレビューを眺めてみると
丁寧な起動手順を説明されている方がおられます。
