Epic版Borderlands 3は
Epicロシアアカウント必須＆アクティベート時にVPNが必要。

ただし起動制限までは掛かっておらず、
Epic登録後はすぐに日本でもDL・PLAY可能でした。

ロシアキーにも日本語音声・字幕付き。

その他SteamキーについてはSub_ID不明です。
yuplayを参考にすると、ほぼ全て登録制限＋起動制限。

旧作MAC版に関しては地域制限の無いキーを扱っていた事もありましたが、
最近はWindows版同様に厳しい制限付きが多かったような。

惑星パンドラを飛び出したものの、やっぱり皆おかしい世界でトレハン三昧。
